Job Description
nMain Duties:
nAdministration
- nLiaise with different departments for smooth and co-ordinated work.
- nShould ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.
nCustomer Service
- nMaintaining guest profile and updating the same on regular basis
- nEnsure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements
nFinancial
- nResponsible for maintaining high level of room sales, by up selling.
- nAdhere to Accor guidelines for all the financial related procedures
- nEnsure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy.
- nEnsure to balance the accounts on a daily basis.
nOperational
- nAdhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & policies.
- nEnsure maximum room occupancy within agreed overbooking policy
- nEnsure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously.
- nEnsuring all calls are handled according to Resa Vision training
- nCheck the grooming and hygiene of the team.
- nConduct briefing for Reservation team
- nCommunicates with FOM all information likely to be interest to them
- nPreparing the reservation team with different rate query and training the team
- nTo practice up selling of rooms
- nEnsuring that the team strives for achieving the budget and goals of the department
- nEnsuring that the guest special requests are taken care of.
- nEnsuring that the airport pick up and drop is communicated to concierge chief well in time
- nEnsuring the all VIP to be marked on the system as VIP
- nMaking sure that the Opera system does not have double guest profile
- nEnsuring that the field picked up in Opera are accordingly to the guest information
- nReports to be in proper manner

- nEnsure cleanliness of all areas under the supervision

nQualifications
nYour experience and skills include:
- nGuest focused personality is essential
- nPrior experience working with Opera or a related system experience is an asset
- nStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- nFluency in English, additional languages are a plus Point.
