Job Description

Reservation Management:

  • Handle incoming table reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Accurately input table reservation details into the booking system.
  • Manage and update table reservation records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Guest Interaction:

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding reservation inquiries, special requests, and accommodations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or special requests to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to confirm table availability and special arrangements.
  • Communicate reservation details and guest preferences to relevant staff members.

System Management:

  • Utilize reservation management software to track and manage bookings.
  • Monitor reservation patterns and suggest adjustments to optimize seating and service efficiency.

Customer Service:

  • Offer exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Follow up on any guest feedback and ensure issues are addressed promptly.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and cancellations.
  • Generate and review reports related to reservations, seating, and guest preferences.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist with bookings for special events, private parties, and group reservations.
  • Coordinate with event planners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
