Reservation Management:
- Handle incoming table reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Accurately input table reservation details into the booking system.
- Manage and update table reservation records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Guest Interaction:
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding reservation inquiries, special requests, and accommodations.
- Address and resolve any issues or special requests to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to confirm table availability and special arrangements.
- Communicate reservation details and guest preferences to relevant staff members.
System Management:
- Utilize reservation management software to track and manage bookings.
- Monitor reservation patterns and suggest adjustments to optimize seating and service efficiency.
Customer Service:
- Offer exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Follow up on any guest feedback and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and cancellations.
- Generate and review reports related to reservations, seating, and guest preferences.
Event Coordination:
- Assist with bookings for special events, private parties, and group reservations.
- Coordinate with event planners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
