Team Management

Lead and motivate research team

Conduct training sessions

Monitor team performance

Assign tasks and manage workload

Research Oversight

Oversee primary research activities

Manage data collection processes

Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Guide data interpretation and analysis

Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain quality standards

Conduct regular quality checks

Ensure adherence to research methodologies

Strategic Planning

Set research objectives
