We are looking for an outstanding candidate to lead, motivate and direct the Research Data team. This team is key to Warwick Library's research experience and you will be responsible for developing and embedding reproducible, transparent, and accountable research data management practices that can transform the way research evidence is used in society. A champion of open research data you will help to foster a research culture that recognises and incentivises responsible research practices.
As part of the Extended Library Management Team, you will collaborate on the development and delivery of new strategies and processes in line with our strategic plan as well as the institution's changing needs and priorities.
A collaborate and effective manager, you will support and motivate staff, interacting strategically with senior colleagues across the academic and professional services community.

You will have proven experience of managing outcomes in the field of research data and have a thorough understanding of current trends within this area.
With a strong customer focus you will be able to think both analytically and creatively and have experience of engaging both nationally and internationally in the field of library and information services.
