Research Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify experts/ industry professionals in target organizations who can provide insights on the subject matter

2. Include key data points and contact details about senior Industry experts in target companies by sourcing information from professional networks and other people's databases

3. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, other recruitment sites, and other public forums to connect with, convince, negotiate and clear doubts of top global thought leaders shortlisted to join the Vedak platform

4. Validate research by screening experts and clearly explain onboarding processes to them

5. Intensely follow up with key experts and close the onboarding process within expected timelines

6. Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment

7. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with subject matter experts to encourage participation in expert consultations

8. Generate market intelligence through expert conversations and pass on to relevant team members as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Positive, ambitious, energetic self-starters with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (Email and Calls)
• Experience dealing with client servicing, project management, and recruitment is a plus.
• Front-end experience is desirable
• Emotional intelligence and a penchant for connecting people
• 1 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in market research/recruitment/advisory with

client-facing and/or sales exposure

• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and

with a sense of urgency

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 1 - 5 years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic and passion for research subject
• Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
