Role Description

This is a full-time Research Assistant role located in Thane. As a Research Assistant at Lords Mark Insurance Broking services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting with research projects, conducting insurance market reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting with the preparation of research reports to corporate sale teams. You will work closely with the Research team and contribute to the development of new research methodologies and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in conducting research and literature reviews
• Knowledge of insurance industry concepts and terminology is a plus
