Position requires 2-3 years experience in Research & Development of Color Cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in formulation designof skin/hair/colour cosmetics and perform experiments for new product development as per customer's requirement on Personal Care products.
- In-house consumer trials for market research.
- Generate ideation of innovative concepts and convert them to physical product.
- Should stand for a strong technical support to Sales team within the division.
- Maintain the formulation record in system.
- Should bring in ready market contacts to enhance the business.
- Maintaining stock of raw material in the lab.
- Maintaining the instruments in the lab.
- Competitor product study and analytical studies as applicable.
- Monthly Tracking of Commercialized/Approved/Ongoing projects.
