This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer. The Research and Development Engineer will be responsible for performing analytical research, conducting testing, and contributing to product development. They will also be involved in conducting research and collaborating with the team to develop innovative solutions.

• Analytical Skills, Research and Development (R&D), and Testing skills
• Experience in conducting research and contributing to product development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex problems
• Good understanding of product engineering principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the automotive, off-highway, agri-machinery, or industrial industry is a plus
