Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities in line with the company's strategic goals
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate new products and technologies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and collaborators
• Analyze data and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, engineering, or biology
• 1-11 years of experience in research and development
• Experience in experimental design and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data analysis software and statistical analysis
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
