Collate, research and analyze data based on an understanding of search tools sources of business information
Apply knowledge and problem solving skills in handling data related queries and issues
Maintain SLAs around user and system flagged records and customer support request
Assist with special content editorial projects
Understand editorial processes, workflows and policies/ guidelines
Improve overall data quality by performing quality checks on data
Identify data coverage gaps and research on prospective solutions
Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Management / Commerce / Finance / Economics or equivalent
