Summary of the Role: 26ideas is looking for a passionate and experienced Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and background in both primary and secondary research, thrive in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects, and have a deep understanding of startups and building ideas from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to support various projects and startups.
- Analyze market trends, industry reports, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather and synthesize data for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing business strategies, market entry plans, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Support idea generation and validation processes through rigorous research and analysis.
- Create a comprehensive research report on ideas (projects) worked on
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
- Experience in startups or entrepreneurial environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with research tools and software.
- Knowledge of venture studios or startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
