Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Sales Leader in the Staff Augmentation Industry. As a Business Sales Leader, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet revenue targets. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills to effectively understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Sales Manager with prior experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. As a Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Reasonability :-

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.

Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
