Required Project Manager - Solar Power Projects

Lead and coordinate project execution activities, working collaboratively with internal teams including Business Development, Project Finance, Design and Engineering, and Material Planning to ensure project timelines are met.
Project Planning and Control

Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), implementation schedules, and budgets for solar projects.
Implement effective cost control measures and maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout project lifecycle.
Financial Coordination:

• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and fund requirements, coordinating with finance for timely payments and budget management.
• The project manager will be involved from the stage of making a quotation to the customer, hence will be involved in the Sales Process for Technical inputs.

Stakeholder Management and Statutory Compliance:
Identify and fulfill all statutory requirements, engaging proactively with government agencies (PPA Offtakers, Discoms, CEIG/CEA) to obtain necessary project approvals.

Establish Project Processes and Governance:

• Continuously monitor and control project schedule, costs, quality, and safety.
• Provide guidance to Construction Managers and project teams to ensure project success.

Risk Management and Reporting:

• Identify and communicate project risks to management proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Contract Management and Documentation:

• Manage project contracts, handle claims, and ensure contracts are closed within budgeted costs.
• Maintain project records related to material requisitions, safety, quality, and statutory compliances.

Project Handover and Asset Management:
Facilitate the smooth handover of assets to the Operation and Maintenance team upon project completion.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Uphold internal and external policies, regulations, and laws related to project execution and governance.
Hands-on experience in Solar PV products and EPC contract management.
