We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-7 years of experience to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in commercial litigation matters, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Manage case files and deadlines
  • Attend court hearings and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
  • Assist with trial preparation

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university
  • 2-7 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Indian legal system and procedures
  • Experience with drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures
