Required Branch Manager for Life Insurance Industry

Experience: 7 + Years in LI with minimum 2 years experience in handling a team

Age: Less than 40 years

Salary: 6 to 8 lakh

The role will be responsible to handle a team of FLMs (SMs)

The role will be primarily responsible to drive the FLMs to develop a strong variable

agency model in the geography

The role will be responsible for delivering the top-line revenue numbers through the

variable agency model

Will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for the Channel

Preferred from Life Insurance Agency Background Only.

Should be fluent in Kannada & English.
