Effectiff_ is looking for a full-time RFP Manager with expertise in the _
translation & localization industry._
- The RFP Manager is responsible for developing and managing proposal-related projects to increase the Company's effectiveness at winning new business.
- Own the entire RFP and proposal processes
Analyze sources and search for RFPs that match Effectiff capabilities and goals- Build a robust understanding of clients differing needs and levels of sophistication across the team, as well as product-specific knowledge as needed, in order to tailor responses to the target audience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary resources are allocated to RFP projects
- Provide insight, leadership, and work guidance to freelance RFP writers
Identify gaps in current RFP approach and propose new improvement ideas- Maintain a database of all RFP projects and their outcomes for future reference
Work to tight deadlines, ensuring that a 100% on-time response rate is achieved
- Experience in proposal writing with an established portfolio
Bid writing experience within the Translation & Localization industry
- Strong understanding of the Federal procurement processes
Versed in reviewing RFPs and assessing the Company's ability to be competitive- Ability to research and draft proposal responses
Proficient in various software packages (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative, etc.), procurement platforms, RFP software and CRM databases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent on the job experience
Minimum 3 year s o f experience participating in the development of RFP proposals in Translation & Localization industry
- Working Internet Connection that meets internal speed requirement
