Job Description :

-Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current processes and future needs.

-Process Mapping and Optimization

- Create visual representations of the new operating models.

-Data Architecture Assessment

-Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators for each domain.

-Change Management and Documentation: Develop transition plans.

-Create documentation for new processes, roles, and responsibilities, Reviews and Signoff.

-Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive governance model and (or) Operational model for Reporting platform, including policies, procedures, and standards for data management, user access, and content publishing.

-Define and implement RBAC policies to ensure appropriate access levels for users based on their roles.

-Define infrastructure adherence to data security standards and compliance requirements.

-Define compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements.

-Define policies around, Infrastructure Management, User Management, Content Management, Data Source Management, System Performance Monitoring, Incident Management, Scheduled Maintenance

-Optional: Proficiency in Tableau MicroStrategy or Power BI.

-Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, data lineage, and metadata management.

-Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, security protocols, and cloud services.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
