Responsible for the full-cycle finance operations of a group of entities.
Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate books and records for all transactions involving the on-shore asset manager.
Reconciliations: Perform and review regular bank and account reconciliations, identifying and rectifying discrepancies. Conduct intercompany reconciliations across business groups and regional entities.
Quarterly Reporting: Assist with quarterly reporting and consolidating results of asset management operations.
Analysis and Reporting: Prepare various analyses and reports for senior management to support business decision-making.
Documentation: Maintain organized and well-documented policies and procedure documents.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Role requirements
Chartered accountant with two- five years of experience working in a corporate accounting or audit firm, preferably in financial services or asset management.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Very strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in managing workload and professional development.
Hands on experience in Dynamics 365 and Complex legal structures would be an advantage.
