- Execute the end-to-end renewal process for the assigned subset, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize expertise in Quickbase Products, Services, and Contract entitlements to facilitate smooth renewals.
2. Metrics Management:
- Monitor and contribute to Gross Retention Rate (GRR) targets uplift.
- Track and enhance on-time renewal percentages.
- Collaborate in the implementation of customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT) post-renewal.
- Contribute to the assessment of cost-effectiveness and ROI in comparison to current operations.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the joint Aeries-Quickbase team, providing insights and updates on renewal progress.
- Collaborate with the Quickbase lead and AERIES renewal specialists to address challenges and optimize processes.
4. Training and Development:
- Stay up-to-date with Quickbase and Fast-Field products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the renewal process.
5. Systems Management:
- Effectively use CRM and renewal management tools for tracking renewals, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and tools for better efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in renewals, customer success, or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
