Job Brief

We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Renewable Energy Trade Head who would be responsible for the implementing training activities related to our industry recognized NSDC approved Renewable Energy long term and short term courses. A complete ownership of the Renewable Energy trade is a key requirement.

She/he would regularly visit new and latest technology based process industries & workshops to implement those new ideas in curriculum of Renewable Energy trade. The Renewable Energy Head should be good in leading the trainees and team in initiating new leadership qualities and managing relationships with existing ones, guiding them about the scope & significance of the course.

With this role, we seek outstanding training skills. The person should be self- motivated and driven towards meeting defined goals related to his course and also technical institute profitability. A high performing Renewable Energy Trade Head should possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach the future targets.

Key Responsibility

Promote Renewable Energy course by building relations with several communities, institutes, companies & industries which requires instrumentation technicians in higher demand. Development of course content and curriculum, lesson plans, arrangement of the industrial visits.

Training Responsibility and growth of the trainee career by building strong relations with other companies for future placements and apprenticeships.

Ensure that defined training activities are implemented to ensure standardization in the whole trade.

Maintain healthy team relationships - Maintain and grow the training activity by exploring the trainees to the sophisticated technologies.

Understand the trainees study problems and explain them for the defined needs as the new admit trainee will think magnificently about his career.

Take responsibility for the overall trade growth in the defined job area.

Knowledge of Solar PV Installer segment

Knowledge of parameters of site selection

Components of the solar energy system

Installation of solar panels, Safety standards and work procedures

Knowledge of basic electrical wiring

Role Profile

Contribute with the other team members to achieve the organization targets.

Plan effective training strategies with the skill operation Head and execute the same.

Maintains relationships with several companies & industries which require instrumentation technicians in higher demand.

Awareness of the new sophisticated technologies installed in industries & skill training competitors.

Discover technician's opportunities through industry search and survey.

Monthly present the class performance by taking tests, subject wise. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Explore training programs by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending institutes.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Person Profile

A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic training course implementation.

Relevant work experience of 4+ years in Renewable Energy industry with a quality of leadership.

Willingness to travel extensively pan India as and when required.

Excellent communication & analytical mindset

Diploma/Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in Renewable Energy Industry segment.d written communication skills
