JD: - Provide Level 2 remote desktop support for global end user and should have Experience with Windows Environment
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Good troubleshooting skill required with Windows 10/11 & MS Office suites
- Troubleshooting Intune, browser, VPN Clients, Internet, outlook issues and other OS related troubleshooting
- Installing software on the client systems and knowledge on any software distribution toolsKnowledge of Network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
- Should have worked in an environment of more than 5000 Clients
- Customer oriented attitude, Should be flexible to work on rotational shift,
- Excellent Communications skills
