Job Description

Primary Skillset :Windows 10/11Desktop & Laptop Support Remote End User Services

Secondary Skillset : Intune (Client Troubleshooting)

JD:

  • Provide Level 2 remote desktop support for global end user and should have Experience with Windows Environment
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  • Good troubleshooting skill required with Windows 10/11 & MS Office suites
  • Troubleshooting Intune, browser, VPN Clients, Internet, outlook issues and other OS related troubleshooting
  • Installing software on the client systems and knowledge on any software distribution toolsKnowledge of Network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Should have worked in an environment of more than 5000 Clients
  • Customer oriented attitude, Should be flexible to work on rotational shift,
  • Excellent Communications skills
