Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications
Handling ITSM Tool and Allocating the tickets to the right resolver group
Providing Support for MAC related calls
Providing Support for Mobile Device
Installation of Business-related software
Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices

Key Attributes (Experience And Qualifications)
B.E in Engineering from a reputed institute. (Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering)
Preference will be accorded to candidates having completed certifications in MCSA/ MCSE.
