Responsibility:
Remote installation of hospitality applications for Cisco's IP Telephony network.
Remotely monitoring the Nevotek application server.
Daily log checking with error identification and taking immediate corrective action/escalation.
Analyses of issues/fault and recommending preventive measures.
Providing user training to customer's IT department representatives for installed Nevotek services.
Taking ownership of fault ticket and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Validating the fault rectification through email with the customer representative and updating accordingly in the fault management system with reporting mails to departmental head.
Taking Data backup on routine basis.
Maintaining service report on weekly basis.
Degree/Diploma in electronics, telecom or IT engineering with proficiency in speaking English language.
Microsoft's MCSE Certification and Cisco's CCNA Certification.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2022, Active Directory configuration and Internet Information Services.
Knowledge of SQL database processes and XML services.
