Role: Remote desktop(VDI Support)
Experience: 6-12 years
Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:
. Support various Remote access tools such as RDP or TeamViewer
. Supporting VPN connectivity technologies for traveling/remote users
. Implementation, administration and support of hardware and software
. Address issues regarding Windows OS, MS365 applications, Bitlocker, new device provisioing, Redbuild OS, handling Audio/video devices.
. Troubleshoot Citrix VDI and validate connectivity issues.
. Provide support for issues regarding proprietary applications
