Reliability Engineer

5+ years of experience in software reliability.

Windows based, Have an understanding of SEMI-standard reliability metrics.

Understand customer requirements, product specifications and product application and how it relates to part/product/process and lead the qualification in support of release.

Software Testing experience.

Work cross-functionally to resolve reliability problems that result in excessive field failures, and generating SEMI E10 RAM report.

Drive Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions towards successful implementation of solutions using FTA, FMECA, dFMEA, 8D, Fishbone diagram, Fault Tolerance, DOE), Software reliability modeling requirements and defect estimation process, software dynamic analysis, software reliability metrics and bug mountain analysis, software reliability growth testing and analysis, software fault tolerant analysis, software fault detection and retry mechanisms, etc

Worked on any specific reliability models for predicting future SW reliability
