What does a successful Release Manager do at Fiserv
The Release Manager (RM) is responsible for managing the complete software delivery life cycle in a governance role to support the release management process. This includes scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process. The RM must work with the teams from the planning phase, through the development and testing phases to the deployment phase. RM is responsible to evaluate and incorporate partner team policies into the release flow, with minimal to no impact to the process or the participating teams.
RM manages all scheduled Production Releases, as defined in the Release Calendar. They can provide support, as needed, for Release Exception Releases, Lower Environment Deployments, and high Severity Production Defect processes. The primary responsibility of the Release Manager is to deliver the planned release on the communicated date as driven by the Release Calendar.

What you will need to have
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology/science or related fields
6-10 years proven experience with client implementations / services, dealing with internal and external clients.
Good Exposure in Software Development (.Net/ VB.Net)
Good troubleshooting skills & communication skills
