Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Bhopal. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for day-to-day customer sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing Home Loan product information, guidance and doing sales, resolving customer issues and complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months in Home loan or LAP product Sales.
- Strong understanding of loan process, documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to find home loan related leads from open market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
