nLead and Guide a Team of 5 to 7 DST's and ensure productivityn
nInteraction with manufacturers/dealers/sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural market for sourcing businessn
nTie-up with channel partners & associates for sales programn
nEnsure development of direct and indirect teamn
nInteraction with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursementn
nFollow-up on Infant delinquent cases and managing PDD'sn

nJob requirements:n
nMin. 2 yrs. of work experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUV's)n
nKnowledge of Sale-Purchase Brokern
