Relationship officer-MSME

Description

We are looking for a Relationship Officer-MSME to join our team and provide support to our MSME clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian MSME market and should be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients
• Assist clients with any issues they may face and provide solutions to their problems
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other teams to provide the best possible service to clients
• Ensure that all client documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide regular reports to management on client activity and performance

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the Indian MSME market
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
