*Relationship Officer (Gold Loan / Loan Against Property)*
*Job Role:*
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Gold Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products, generating leads, and building relationships with clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. **Sales & Business Development:**
- Generate leads and source potential customers for Gold Loans and LAP products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Conduct field visits and establish relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, and other potential clients.
2. **Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:**
- Provide product information to potential customers and guide them through the loan process.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
3. **Loan Processing & Documentation:**
- Collect necessary documentation from customers and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all loan processes.
4. **Market Research & Reporting:**
- Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the region.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market conditions and sales performance.
**Key Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Gold Loans or LAP.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
