Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with suitable Gold buying and loan closure solutions. They will also be responsible for ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience for clients.

• Knowledge of the Gold industry and Gold buying process
• Experience in customer service or sales roles
• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries and issues
