- Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly, addressing client inquiries and
concerns.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Draft professional and compelling emails to corporate clients.
- Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proven experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or a similar role, preferably in the
financial services sector. Since this is a B2B role, the candidate having experience
in B2B tele-sales would be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work from the office in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi.
