Job Description: Relationship Manager - Sales
Position Title: Relationship Manager General Insurance
Salary depends on interview
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Guwahati, Agra, Madurai, Vijaywada, Amritsar
Reporting: Zonal Head
Travel: Frequent

Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit insurance Point of Sale Person (POS) from allotted area and strategic alliance concluded by head office who would represent Global India Insurance Brokers and sell motor Insurance and other products in the market.
Training the POS on products and sales to meet business targets.
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business in order to achieve desired monthly Goal.
Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.
Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visit and convert the lead to sales.
Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
Manage and monitor monthly renewal base and achieve the renewal retention MOM
Criteria Required:
Education Qualification:Graduate any stream /Male.
Experience of at least 2 years of General Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
Local resident for some time should have natural market in that location.
Own/drive 2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler is must in order to meet potential clients/channels regularly and OWN laptop.
