The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1-9 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the Indian job market context
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market and industry trends
