Job Summary
The Relationship Manager (RM) for Gold Loans is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of gold loan clients. Key duties include identifying clients, processing gold loans, ensuring timely repayment, and promoting additional financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Source and retain clients for gold loans.
Educate clients on loan options and repayment.
Loan Processing & Compliance
Perform due diligence, gold valuation, and ensure loan disbursement compliance.
Complete KYC and regulatory checks.
Portfolio & Risk Management
Track portfolio performance and manage overdue accounts.
Cross-Selling
Experience: 1-4 years in finance or loans.
