Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Meerut. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting financial assessments, resolving customer queries and issues, providing guidance on housing finance options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of housing finance products and services
- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in local languages spoken in Meerut
- Certifications in finance or banking are a plus
