Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager (Sales) with 1-6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-6 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Good understanding of market trends and developments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
