Position: Relationship Manager
Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% accurate valuation by capturing correct cartage, applying proper stone deduction, and preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with Company's policies and procedures, including KYC adherence.
- Verify customer KYC details and complete online registration processes.
- Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approval.
- Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate renewal and referral business.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns during the loan processing stage.
- Participate in business development activities to enhance the brand visibility of company Gold Loan in the catchment areas and generate leads for potential customers.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, and Handling.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
