As a Relationship Manager at Policynation, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and guiding a team of POSP Insurance Agents, leveraging cutting-edge Partner Portal Technology. This role involves selling a variety of insurance products, conducting training programs for partners, and acting as the main liaison between clients and the company. Your responsibilities extend to motivating the team to achieve targets, resolving client issues professionally, and actively contributing to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and guide a team of POSP Insurance Agents
• Utilize Partner Portal Technology to facilitate the sale of diverse insurance products
• Conduct comprehensive policy training programs for partners
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
• Motivate and inspire the team to attain periodic targets
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the customer base

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Customer service experience with a professional issue resolution track record
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
