Job Role:

• Relationship Manager responsible to sell PMS through ND and Banca channel
• To increase the penetration and market share of PMS products in their respective geographies
• Liase with distributors and build rapport to increase penetration of PMS products
• Responsible for activating dormant channel to increase sales
• Increase visibility of PMS products among distributors
• Responsible for PMS product training to internal RMs and distributors
• Think Out of the box for creating more penetration and sales in PMS.
• Handling PMS queries and services issues for all existing PMS products.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in data modeling and designing dashboards
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools
• Ability to perform business analysis and provide insights
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
