Relationship Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager at Otlu. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored software solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting client meetings, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful software implementations and assist with client onboarding and training.

• Proven experience in relationship management or account management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts
• Experience in the software industry or SaaS is preferred
• Knowledge of diverse industries and their specific software needs
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
