The Ideal Candidate:
Persona: If you are someone who loves children, loves interacting with parents, is invested in building a career working with young minds, then this role is for you. Our Relationship Managers are great communicators, love playing and spending time with children and are genuinely invested in shaping the future generations.
Experience: A minimum of four years experience as hospitality, teaching or customer experience role preferably in the education space.
Leadership: If you can lead by example, set a vision and motivate your team to work towards it
Aayoshi, the Relationship Manager at our Sarjapur centre managed to drive student retention by setting up regular meetings between parents and teachers. She helped each teacher prepare for these meetings, focusing on what each child needed and how to solve any problems they were facing. Her efforts led to more personalised support for the students and better communication with parents.

Take the case of Hari, Relationship Manager at our JP Nagar Centre. One busy Saturday, we had an unexpected influx of over 10 new families walking in. Hari quickly organised the team, assigning specific roles to each member to ensure every parent was attended to. He guided team members to handle initial greetings, basic queries and program explanations. Hari's quick thinking and ability to mobilise the team ensured that no parent was overlooked and each one left with a thorough understanding of our programs. His actions that day were a perfect example of teamwork in action, effectively managing a sudden high-volume situation without compromising on service quality.

Take the case of Nidhi, our Relationship Manager at the Sadashivanagar Centre. The public speaking teacher mentioned that one of her students was struggling with focus. Nidhi quickly set up a meeting with the student's parents and suggested enrolling the child in our chess program to improve concentration. The solution worked wonders the student's focus improved in both public speaking and chess. Seeing this success, Nidhi proactively began assessing other students who might benefit from similar cross-enrollment. Her initiative led to more students enjoying a well-rounded skill development journey at Openhouse, showcasing her exceptional problem-solving skills.

The Relationship Manager at our Indiranagar Centre once received feedback from a parent considering withdrawing their child from the Dance program. Instead of accepting the decision, Rouhan arranged a meeting. He listened to their concerns, provided insights into the program's benefits, and clearly communicated the child's current progress to the parents with the help of the progress tracker that was maintained by the teacher. The outcome The student remained enrolled and went on to perform a solo in the next showcase.
