Ensure effective and smooth relationship with ND's and agents in the region for growth in business.
Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
Market & industry analysis.
Generating & increasing sales.
Developing agents & distribution network.
Selection & motivation of agents/distributors.
Relationship management.
