Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager - Mutual Fund located in New Delhi. As a Relationship Manager - Mutual Fund, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing financial advice, analyzing market trends, and promoting mutual fund products. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Relationship Manager Mutual Fund

1. To up sell MF products to Retail/HNI/ Wealth Clients as per the assigned database, generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele.
2. Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling MF Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships.
3. Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
4. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI/ Wealth customers
5. Providing Investment planning and advice
6. Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix
7. One point contact for the assigned customer
8. Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
9. Preference to NISM Certified candidates with experience in managing Retail/HNI Clients, with in depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and investment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales or relationship management
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide financial advice
• Customer service-oriented
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as AMFI or NISM certification
