Job Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be the key point of contact and play a crucial role in providing financial solutions to meet their needs. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to analyze clients financial needs and provide suitable solutions
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services to existing clients
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and onboard them
• Analyze clients financial needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience
