Job Description:

Relationship Manager has to Build and Maintain Relationships with Clients and Partners.You need to give Personalized Advice, build Rapport and Provide Quick Response to their Inquire. You need to Analyze the company's communication strategy, negotiation and contract to identify trends that can improve organizational procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and Improve Relationships with Customers, key suppliers and partners.

2. Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.

3. Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up

4. Educate and Inform clients about the company's product, services and special offers.

5. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
