The Relationship Manager at Mudrex plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the trust our customers have in our product. They ensure their customers success and provide excellent relationship management by leading with empathy and transparency. This position will focus on the following:
- Building long lasting relationships with clients
- Converting users into investors
- Growing assets under management (AUM), and
- Reducing churn
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adept relationship building skills and have a knack for customer service. This with a strategic mindset to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives should surely help them succeed in their role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their investment needs and objectives.
- Foster rewarding relationships and understand and anticipate customer goals and challenges, always staying a step ahead to provide proactive solutions.
- Discover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, opening new avenues for clients and contributing to our growth story.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention and improved customer lifetime value
- Strive to surpass customer success-related KPIs, turning milestones into triumphant victories.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior relationship managers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Define and implement scalable processes to streamline client onboarding, support, and account management.
- Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met.
- Stay on the pulse of cryptocurrency market trends, price changes, and regulatory shifts - being a knowledge beacon in the exciting, ever-evolving crypto landscape.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in customer relationship management/service or sales roles - a track record we hope you'll extend with us.
- Passionate about cryptocurrencies and its future.
- Can speak Hindi and English fluently.
