Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the motor industry, including automotive dealerships, manufacturers, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and offer customized solutions to meet their business goals
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors activities to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business and expand client base
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate client performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client orders and resolve any service-related issues
  • Stay updated on motor industry regulations, compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager in the motor industry
  • Strong understanding of motor industry dynamics, products, and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships
  • Ability to travel to client locations as required
