Supporting Actions
Strategy and Planning
- New client acquisition through cross functional accounts.
- Work towards building new relationships and avenues to increase reach across geographies.
- Create plans to increase market presence to further expand customer base
- Manage partnerships with new and existing client or/and end customer through effective and efficient customer relationship management .
- Utilize communication collaterals for customer engagement initiatives and run training sessions to use online portal.
- Increase the penetration and conversion of motor policies across employee groups
Supervision of helpdesk resources
- Ensure best practices are adopted to enhance process efficiencies and productivity
- Monitor the daily activities of helpdesk person & ensure timely quotations & policy issuance.
- Keeping a track on timely processing of endorsements/cancellations, if any.
- Monitoring and keeping check on all the claims intimated/escalated to ABIBL & ensure smooth & timely closures.
- Monitoring timely bookings of any offline cases.
- Provide support and guidance to all team members, where necessary
- Monitor performance of individual team members and undertake regular reviews to drive accountability for results
- Recognize achievements and develop team member's capabilities through knowledge sharing and training
Portal enhancements
- Ensure continuous adoption of new technologies in portal to ensure customer comfort.
- Introduction of motor fleet on POM portal to minimize dependency on Insurance companies.
- Customized portal developments based on clients requirement, if any.
- Enhance the portal offering across other product line of health, bundle products, SME package offering.
- Data analytics across user and suggestions based on patterns.
Coordination with Insurance companies.
- Build and manage relationships with representatives of various insurance companies to ensure smooth operations and superior end customer experience
- QCR requirement
- Availing competitive rates from the market.
Coordination with Compliance & Marketing team
- Marketing emailers & other collaterals shared within/ outside ABG to be designed.
- Official correspondence to be designed with marketing pre/post meetings with corporates.
- Creatives with concrete plans to be designed from marketing team for getting onsite activities done.
- Ensuring each and every activity carried out is as per the compliance
