The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire new clients and promote financial products. This includes conducting financial well-being sessions, generating leads, and closing sales. The Sales and Marketing Executive must have strong interpersonal skills, convincing skills, and presentation skills, and be motivated and target-oriented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct various marketing activities like conducting financial well-being sessions both online/offline
- Design strategies for client acquisition activities
- Generate leads
- Achieve lead generation targets
- Promote mutual funds, health insurance, term insurance, and other financial products using the company's internal process called 7 events to financial freedom
- Involve in day-to-day operational tasks
- Handle objections
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills
